Sci-High connects students, mentors and schools to do science with real impact. We have been working in Bulgaria since 2019.
Our values
Evidence
We teach how to test a hypothesis, how to collect data and how to draw conclusions that hold up to scrutiny. We trust observation, not opinion.
Collaboration
Real problems are solved as a team. Students work in mixed groups together with mentors from universities, industry and their schools.
Inclusive science
Sci-High is open to every student in grades 5 through 12 — regardless of school, region or prior experience. Different perspectives make science stronger.
Real-world impact
We back projects that don’t stay on paper. Our teams solve problems for specific communities, schools and cities across Bulgaria.

Reneta Bogdanova
Co-founder of the Sci-High Foundation and lead of the national science festival.
Reneta Bogdanova is a co-founder of the Sci-High Foundation and has led the national science festival since its first edition. She works with schools, mentors and industry partners to open science up to more students across Bulgaria.
Before Sci-High, Reneta developed educational programmes that combine inquiry-driven learning with real-world problems from the communities the teams come from.
