Sci-High

For Schools

Why schools choose Sci-High

Sci-High connects students in grades 5 through 12 with real-world problems, industry mentors and science festivals across Bulgaria. Partnering with us does not require a new curriculum — it complements what you already do.

What you get

  • Access to the national science festival and regional stages.
  • A free platform for applications, team registration and judging.
  • A mentor network from universities and industry.
  • Help shaping projects and presenting them publicly.
  • Visibility in the annual report and in the public project showcase.

Ten steps to your first Sci-High team

  1. Get to know Sci-High — explore last year’s projects in the showcase and the participation rules.
  2. Appoint a coordinator — a teacher or administrator who will lead the process at school.
  3. Get in touch — write to us with the school name, city and contact person.
  4. Sign a partnership agreement — a short document describing the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
  5. Activate a platform account — we provision access for the coordinator.
  6. Announce the opportunity to students — we provide ready-made materials.
  7. Form teams — typically 3–5 students plus a mentor.
  8. Submit a project application in the platform — including topic, goal and work plan.
  9. Get mentor feedback — before final festival registration.
  10. Present the project at the festival — in person or remotely, depending on the stage.
